Teams often arrive late, and installation windows get compressed by earlier delays. When timelines slip, work gets rushed and the final result suffers.

Basic tools and outdated methods make it difficult to achieve consistent levels. The result is uneven finishes, additional adjustments, and costly rework.

Without clear checks during and after installation, the final result becomes unpredictable. Quality at handover is inconsistent and difficult to guarantee.
Choosing the right flooring contractor means more than achieving flat and level floors. It ensures your project is completed on time — without compromising on quality or deadlines.
Choose a contractor who has handled similar floor preparation projects before. Real experience under comparable site conditions makes a big difference when things get complicated.
Take a look at past projects and, if possible, speak with previous clients. Good references quickly show whether a team delivers consistent quality and knows how to deal with site challenges.
Pay attention to how quickly a contractor mobilises and communicates. The right team can adapt when schedules shift and still complete critical work on time.

Depending on the project, we either hand-mix on-site or use off-site mixing with pump truck systems. Off-site mixing is ideal for hard-to-reach areas and fast installations, where keeping mess to a minimum and protecting the substrate—such as hydronic heating systems—is critical.
We use professional machinery and proven methods to achieve precise, consistent results - no matter the size or complexity of the project.
Every project includes clear quality checks before handover. This ensures the final result meets expectations and leaves no room for surprises.

Using the information provided by you, we will contact you with an indicative quote for your project.
Step 2
Once you decide to proceed, we will meet you on site to take accurate measurements.
Step 3
To ensure a proper bond between substrate, primer and levelling compound, we give the substrate a light grind prior to installation.
Step 4
A detailed survey of the slab provides us with the measurements needed to plot our height markers, which are then used to pour self-leveller to the desired height.
Step 5
Satisfaction with the final product is guaranteed. We return to ensure there are no defects.
Director
I started Panorama Flooring just before Covid-19 hit Australia in 2020. We are proud to have overcome this crisis in the first year and quickly established ourselves as a reliable and professional flooring company. Over the next couple years, the company grew fast and we went from a 2-person team to a 10-man crew. Fast forward to 2026, after successfully maneuvering the commercial market, we are now branching into high-end residences.

Whether it is upper levels or limited-access sites, ScreedPro makes placement easier.
Take a look at one of our recently completed projects in the Melbourne region.
This floor includes hydronic heating so rolling mixers over the pipes could easily damage them.
With ScreedPro, we run hoses and pump the material in - levelling the floor while keeping the hydronic system completely protected.
